Men can only see non identifying information of womens profiles. They cant see any names or pictures or revealing details. But can see what they need to decide if the woman is a good candidate (religious, physical, educational and personal info).
To send a request for introduction, the man pays a small fee to prove his seriousness.
Only the woman who he sent a request to will now see his profile, no one else.
